Make a Payment

The Town of Timberville is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their utility bills online.  

With Invoice Cloud, you are able to receive your bill by email or text message, schedule payments or enroll in Auto Pay, and make one-time payments without having to create an account. If you need help setting up an account or want to receive your bill by text or email, please contact the Town Office at 540-896-7058.

Please Note: A $1.95 service fee will apply to all e-check transactions and a 3.5% service fee (minimum fee of $2.95) will apply to all credit card, PayPal Products and Venmo transactions.

TO MAKE A WATER BILL PAYMENT USING INVOICE CLOUD:

  1. Visit invoicecloud.com to make a water bill payment.
  2. Click on Utility.
  3. Enter the account number (include dashes) and name on the account.
  4. Select the invoice you are wanting to pay. At the bottom, click the blue "+Add Selected Invoices."
  5. If you need to make additional payments, click "I want to find more invoices" located below "Proceed to Payment."
  6. Proceed to Payment.
  7. Enter payment information.

TO MAKE A TAX PAYMENT USING INVOICE CLOUD:

Please note: You will need tax ticket to know payment amount. If paying after the due date, please contact the Town Office (540-896-7058) for amount owing.

  1. Visit invoicecloud.com to make a tax payment.
  2. Click on Taxes.
  3. Select Tax Type.**Please note: You can both Personal Property Taxes and Real Estate Taxes with one transaction. 
  4. Enter Name, Address, Email Address, Tax Payment Amount, City, State, Zip Code.
  5. If you need to make additional payments, click "I want to find more invoices" located below "Proceed to Payment."
  6. Proceed to Payment.
  7. Enter payment information.
TO MAKE A MISCELLANEOUS PAYMENT USING INVOICE CLOUD:

  1. Visit invoicecloud.com to make a miscellaneous payment.
  2. Click on Miscellaneous Payment.
  3. Enter Name, Email Address, Miscellaneous Payment Type and Payment Amount.
  4. Add Selected Invoices
  5. If you need to make additional payments, click "I want to find more invoices" located below "Proceed to Payment."
  6. Proceed to Payment.
  7. Enter payment information.
